Do you provide attendants?

For larger events we can arrange attendants to run the games and keep play safe and moving. Ask when you book.

Planning & booking your interactive game rental

Because these competition units are a limited part of our fleet, the most popular dates — spring field days, summer block parties, and back-to-school carnivals — fill up fast. A deposit reserves your date, and the balance is simply due on delivery, so there’s no scramble to settle up while your event is getting underway. The earlier you call, the better your odds of pairing the exact games you want with the right delivery window.

What to tell us when you call

Three things help us build an accurate, itemized quote on the first try: your headcount, your venue surface, and your power situation. Headcount tells us how many units keep guests active without long lines — a 200-person school carnival plays very differently from a backyard teen party. Surface matters because we anchor with stakes on grass and with sandbags on asphalt, concrete, or indoor gym floors. And power matters because not every park or open field has an outlet within reach.

Power, parks, and permits

If you’re setting up at a forest preserve, public park, or any venue without nearby power, we bring generators sized to run your games reliably for the full rental. Many park districts and forest preserves require a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured; we provide that COI for a small $45 fee and handle the paperwork so your permit goes through. Reach out at least a couple of weeks ahead for these venues, since district approvals can take time.

Our weather policy

Chicago weather is unpredictable, and we keep our policy flexible because of it. If a storm rolls in, you can reschedule to another open date, take a credit good for a full year, or get a refund — just call before 7am on the day of your event. We’d much rather move your party than watch you fight the forecast. Standard rentals run a full six hours, giving you a generous window even if the morning starts gray and clears up by noon.
