Standard 15×15 bounce houses generally start around $200–$300 for a full 6-hour rental, with the exact price depending on the unit (basic bouncer, combo with a slide, or themed unit), any add-ons, and your delivery town. Setup, anchoring and teardown are always included — there’s no charge for our crew’s labor. Delivery is priced by your distance from our service hub, so it varies by town; the fee for your community is shown on its local page and confirmed on your quote, with no surprises at the door.

Yes — a small deposit (typically $50 by card) reserves your date and equipment, and it’s applied to your final total. The remaining balance is simply due before or at delivery. The deposit matters because reserving a unit means we turn down other bookings for that date.

We accept cash (please have exact change, as our drivers don’t carry it), all major credit cards, and company, park-district and church checks. Personal checks are only accepted from verified organizations. You can pay the balance on delivery day.

Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, and even earlier for peak summer weekends, graduation season, and popular items like water slides and obstacle courses. That said, we often fill last-minute requests — if your date is close, just call and we’ll check availability.

Often, yes. We regularly travel beyond our core Cook/DuPage footprint for the right event — an additional travel fee may apply based on distance. Tell us your exact location and we’ll send a delivery quote.

Setup never eats into your rental time. We arrive ahead of your start — usually 30 minutes to a few hours early depending on the day’s route — and if we need to come more than a couple hours early we’ll confirm with you in advance. Your 6-hour clock starts only after the unit is set, anchored and safety-checked.

Completely. Our team delivers, sets up, anchors the unit, performs a safety inspection, walks you through the operating rules, and returns to tear everything down after your event. There’s no heavy lifting on your end — you just enjoy the party.

Yes — it’s the core of how we operate. Every inflatable is sanitized and inspected after each rental and again before setup, anchored to manufacturer guidelines with stakes or sandbags, and backed by full insurance that meets the standards schools, parks and venues require. During busy weekends we’ll even sanitize on-site so your unit is fresh.

They are, with the right rules and supervision. We post safety signage, give age-appropriate recommendations for each unit, and secure every setup properly. Adult supervision is always required, and we recommend grouping kids by similar age and size. For the under-3 crowd, a dedicated toddler soft-play unit is the safest choice.

You’re never on the hook for normal wear and tear. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse, ignoring the safety rules (for example, leaving the blower running in high winds), or vandalism — which is why we review a short safety agreement at setup that makes you the trained operator for the day.

Safety comes first: inflatables can’t be used in winds around 20 mph or higher, steady rain, lightning, or temperatures below freezing. We watch the forecast in the 24 hours before your event, and if there’s a 50% or greater chance of unsafe conditions you can cancel before 7 a.m. on event day for a full refund, a reschedule, or a credit good for a full year.

If there’s a 50%+ chance of rain you can reschedule, take a one-year credit, or get a full refund (cancel before 7 a.m. that morning). For a stray shower or a low chance of rain, we usually recommend going ahead — light rain rarely stops the fun, and you can pause and dry the unit if a cell passes through.

Yes, though timing-based fees apply because reserved equipment means we turned away other customers: cancel 12–11 days out and it’s a 50% charge held as a one-year credit; cancel 10 days or fewer before the event and it’s a full charge, also held as a one-year credit you can apply to a future booking.

Light rain usually doesn’t require shutting down. If heavy rain or lightning moves in, turn off the blower, have everyone exit the unit, and wait for it to pass; dry the surface before kids climb back on. Once the unit is delivered, weather monitoring and those safety calls are in your hands — we’ll brief you on exactly what to watch for.

Standard bouncers are about 15×15 ft, combos run 20×20 ft or larger, obstacle courses stretch 30 to 100+ ft, and water slides reach up to about 25 ft tall. Plan for a few feet of clearance on all sides plus room for the blower. Each unit’s page lists exact dimensions.

Yes — the blower runs continuously to keep the unit firm and safe, and an unplugged unit deflates within minutes. We supply heavy-duty cords and need a standard outlet within about 100 feet (a dedicated circuit is best). No power nearby? We rent quiet generators.

Grass is ideal and easiest to stake. We also set up on asphalt and concrete using sandbag anchoring (a small add-on). We can’t set up on rock, gravel or mulch, since those surfaces can tear the vinyl. Indoors works great too, with a 15–20 ft ceiling depending on the unit.

It depends on size and ages — a 15×15 unit comfortably holds about 8–10 children (fewer teens), and combos hold a bit more. We post weight and capacity limits on every unit, and we always recommend grouping by similar age and size with an adult supervising.

Absolutely — we set up at Park District sites and Cook/DuPage forest preserves regularly. Most don’t have power, so you’ll typically need a generator (we provide one), a certificate of insurance naming the district, and a permit you obtain from the park. Tell us the location and we’ll bring the right gear.

Yes. We supply a certificate of insurance for venues that require one. Park districts and forest preserves require their own specific COI naming them as additionally insured; we issue those for a $45 fee — just request it at least a few business days before your event so we can have it ready.

Yes — gyms, community centers and event halls are great for inflatables. You’ll need adequate floor space plus safety clearance, a ceiling of roughly 15–20 ft depending on the unit, a power outlet, and doorways wide enough to move equipment through. Send us your venue dimensions and we’ll recommend the best fit.

We don’t supply the water, but setup is easy — you just need a standard garden hose that reaches the slide and a continuous water source. We connect everything and show you how to run it. Water use is roughly the same as running a sprinkler for the same time.

Many can — dry use is perfect for cooler-weather events or indoor setups. A few slides are water-only for safety reasons, so just ask about dry-use options when you book and we’ll steer you to the right unit.

It varies with length: a shorter 30–40 ft course wants roughly a 50×20 ft area, mid-size courses need more, and the big 70–100+ ft racers want a long, clear run with several feet of clearance on every side. Each course page lists its exact footprint.

Not at all — we carry courses for every age, from kid-friendly runs to challenging teen/adult and dual-lane racing courses built for competition. They’re a hit at school events, corporate field days and community festivals as much as at backyard parties.

Your rental includes the inflatable of your choice, professional delivery within our service area, complete setup and a safety inspection, a safety briefing, the full 6-hour rental period, and all the necessary gear (blower, stakes or sandbags, and mats). Popular add-ons include extra inflatables, concession machines, and tables and chairs.

Yes — we offer complete event packages with round and rectangular tables, adult and child chairs, tents in a range of sizes, generators, and concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone) that come with supplies. Bundling these with your inflatable usually unlocks package pricing.
